RETURNS:

Rinfit offers a 30 days return policy, starting from the item’s official purchase date as saved on our receipt. Returns, refunds or exchanges could not be issued after these 30 days.

Returned items have to be unused as they were received. They also have to remain in their original packaging.

A return request requires the original receipt or other proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:

Our refund process is as follows:

First, we receive and inspect the returned item(s), then you will get an email from us notifying you that your returned item(s) have been received. After carefully inspecting the item(s) we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

In case of rejection a reason will be specified to you as well.

When a refund is approved, a refund process is automatically started and within several days the payment will be processed back according to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How to track your refund:

First, make sure to check your bank account within several days from when the approval notification received.

If not seen there, please try and contact your credit card company, sometimes it may take a few days before they officially post the refund.

Lastly, try to contact your bank, there may also be some processing time on their end before posting a refund.

After doing all of that, and still not seeing your refund, don’t hesitate to contact us at support@rinfit.com

 

EXCHANGES:

Our exchange policy refers only in the following cases:

Either for defective or damaged items. In case of an exchange request, please make sure to also send back the complete original package and neoprene bag.

Or for size changes.

 

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When receiving a refund, the refund sum will not include the payment you’ve paid for the shipment and it will be deducted from the refund sum.

Also, when returning an item you will have to pay for your own shipping costs to return the item.

Shipment times may vary depending on where you live.

We have no way to guarantee that your shipment with returned item(s) will arrive, therefore, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing an insurance.

It may take us 1-2 business days (e.g. to exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) to process in-stock items.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Your Rinfit rings are well protected with a Lifetime warranty !

All Rinfit rings comes with a lifetime warranty which covers cases of breakage and tears, in either of the mentioned cases please contact our support team at support@rinfit.com

In a case of a justified and approved warranty claim, a new ring(s) that matches the one(s) you’ve purchased will be sent to you free of charge as soon as possible, though the lifetime warranty does not cover any shipping costs, therefore, only the shipping costs will be applied to you.

Lifetime warranty only applies with an original receipt or other proof of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover any replacement products provided to you in any case, therefore, if you, at any time, received any replacement product from us, the terms of this warranty does not and will not apply on the replacement products.
