Are Rinfit rings true to size?

Rinfit rings are true to size and have the same sizing as a traditional metal ring.

How long does domestic shipping and processing take?

It may take us 1-2 business days (except for Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) to process in-stock items.

For shipping, it may take up to 5-7 days 

What if I am a half-size?

Rinfit rings do not have half sizes because silicone, as a flexible material, may stretch up to a half-size.

So if you're a half-size and you get a size down it may feel a bit tight at first but then it should stretch up to a half-size and should fit you better.

This may take a week or two if you wear them on a daily basis.

Alternatively, you can try to stretch them manually by gently pulling them with 2 fingers.

Never the less, we're always here for you and we do offer a free size exchange in the first 30 days from purchase.

Where's my tracking number?

Once the order has been shipped out, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number linked to the carrier.


Where can I find my order history?

When creating an account on our website, you can find all of your past and current orders e.g. If you create your account with the same email address you’ve used to place previous orders, all orders that you have placed prior to creating your account will also appear on your orders tab after creating your account.


What if I put the wrong shipping address?

If changes are needed to your shipping address, it can be made in two ways.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at our customer service email: support@rinfit.com. Just send us your order number and the correct shipping address to see if a change can be made.

If your order has already been shipped, you can contact the carrier, provide them with your tracking number, and ask them to redirect your package.

Where do you ship from?

Shipments are made from our shipping facilities in Boston, MA.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates may vary depending on the carrier, the destination, and package weight. The average cost for regular order with domestic shipments is between $3 to $4.5.

Are my Rinfit rings protected with a Lifetime warranty?

All Rinfit rings come with a lifetime warranty that covers cases of breakage and tears.

In a case of a justified and approved warranty claim, a new ring(s) that matches the one(s) you’ve purchased will be sent to you *free of charge as soon as possible. 

Lifetime warranty only applies with an original receipt or other proof of purchase.

  • Your order number from where you purchased the rings.
  • Where you purchased the rings.
  • A photo of the ring in question.
