I work out a lot. I used to use a plain silicone band but it never felt feminine enough. Taking my wedding ring off and on at the gym all the time was also a bummer. I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND RINFIT!! I have other silicone rings, but nothing as cute as this! I was so excited to get it. It is extremely confortable. It does run bigger than my other rings, but was able to do an exchange for a smaller size. The exchange was quick and effortless. I would consider sizing down one size as there is a little stretch to it.
